Circular economy hotspot NextGen District at the Port of Antwerp

The 88-hectare NextGen District at the Port of Antwerp, deliberately chosen because of its proximity to Europe’s largest chemical cluster, will become home to manufacturers keen to explore circular carbon solutions and renewable energy technologies. Two companies (Triple Helix for polyurethane products and Bolder Industries for tyres) have already signed up, bringing €100 million in investment and at least 70 new jobs.
