Electric vehicles for pilots at Associated British Ports (ABP)

Five electric vehicles have been chosen for Associated British Ports (ABP) Humber Marine Pilots to travel around the different port locations. The Volkswagen can recharge a range of up to approximately 180 miles in 30 minutes. The full range is 300 miles, allowing the pilots to travel around the 145 square miles they cover. Charging points have been installed across the ports and more will be coming. The fleet will grow as well in the coming years.
